Nominations for the Tufts Distinction Awards begins on January 17, 2017 and ends on February 10, 2017.

Submitting Your Nomination

Please submit your nomination by February 10, 2017, using the quick and easy online nomination tool. The online form now makes it possible to save a nomination in progress and return to it later for completion and submission.

If you prefer to submit a paper nomination, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions page under What if I cannot submit my nomination online?

Before you submit your nomination, you will want to make sure you have answered completely all the questions on the nomination form, and that you have included your work phone number, school/division and department and email address, in case we need to follow up with you. We cannot accept incomplete or anonymous nominations. We will acknowledge receipt of your nomination. If you have not heard from us within two weeks, please email distinctionawards@tufts.edu.

Before logging into the form, we recommend that you view the Distinction Awards essay questions as your work cannot be saved online. You may decide to prepare your essay beforehand and then copy and paste your answers into the form. View our Tips for Writing a Nomination for more information.

Log in to the online form with your UTLN. (What's my UTLN?)
Begin the online nomination process by using your Universal Tufts Login Name (UTLN) and password to log in to the online form.
