To nominate an individual or a team via the online form, please follow the steps below.

Think about how you want to tell your nominee’s story.
Before logging into the form, we recommend that you view the Distinction Awards essay questions as your work cannot be saved online. You may decide to prepare your essay beforehand and then copy and paste your answers into the form. View our Tips for Writing a Nomination for more information.

Log in to the online form with your UTLN. (What’s my UTLN?)
Begin the online nomination process by using your Universal Tufts Login Name (UTLN) and password to log in to the online form.
